CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP

The course engages in the following topics: Consideration of local church systems and contexts; management by motivating and training of church leaders;
Envisioning, planning, boundaries, finances, book keeping and time priorities for
those planning to be pastors, associate pastors, Christian education directors, youth ministry, and other church staff.
The course will also look into the following topics: Conflict management, leadership styles, staff relationships, congregational styles, and pastoral/board relationships. Practical guidance will be given for bringing about healthy change and understanding the process.
